The Simply Workwear Code of Conduct.

1. Our Commitment:
Simply Workwear Limited wants you to enjoy the on-line shopping experience. We are committed to promoting customer confidence in our commercial website by declaring & adhering to our own strict Code of Conduct. It is our stated intention to be honest & transparent in ALL our dealings with our customers. Please note that both our Terms & Conditions & Code of Conduct DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

2. Payment:
On-line credit & debit card transactions are processed via an independent leading on-line payment provider, PROTX & in conjunction with STREAMLINE one of Europe’s largest ‘Merchant’ account providers responsible for processing half of all UK credit & debit card transactions. Your card details are encrypted using the latest software & are processed using a secure server. At no stage during transmission over the web are your details visible.

If you do have concerns regarding on-line payment or do not have a credit/debit card you can still order on line. At the checkout stage you will be given the option to pay by another method. We are able to accept cheques, postal orders & cash.

3. Complaints:
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received & wish to make a complaint, you can e-mail us at: complaints@simplyworkwear.co.uk. We will respond within 3 working days. If you prefer, you can write to us using the address above - again we will respond within 3 working days.

4. Your Right to Cancel:
Our customers have the right to a "cooling off period" where all goods ordered from "SW" may be cancelled within 7 working days without giving a reason. Should you wish to cancel you will be responsible for paying for the goods to be returned in their original condition. Monies will be returned to you within 28 days of receipt of your cancelled order. Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card you used at the time of placing your original order.

5. Customer Service:
Customers who require a personal service can contact "SW" during normal opening hours: Mon - Fri 0830 - 1730 & Sat 0930 - 1600. Calls are charged at the normal BT rates.

6. Delivery:
Goods are normally dispatched via the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or ANC the next working day following receipt of order. Deliveries within the UK normally take 3-5 working days but please allow upto 10 working days. For deliveries outside the UK please allow upto 21 days.

Our standard UK delivery charge is £5.95 plus vat & is applied to all orders upto the value of £200 (excluding vat & carriage). For orders exceeding £200 (excluding vat & carriage) delivery is FREE of CHARGE, this applies to delivery within the UK only.

Goods are fully insured during transit (at no extra cost) upto a maximum of the total invoice value.

7. Stock Levels:
Although we maintain high stock levels, occasionally goods may be temporarily out of stock or on back order, in such cases we will inform you within 48 hours of receiving your order.

8. Guarantee:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases every time you do business with us. So to make things simple we offer a "NO QUIBBLES GUARANTEE". If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply tell us upon receipt of the goods & return them in their original condition within 10 days - we will then issue a full refund. If you are returning goods as a result of our error, we will also refund the delivery charge. To make a return, please wrap the goods in secure packaging enclosing a note telling us why you are returning them. Please obtain a written receipt from whomever you chose to return the goods with (i.e. proof of postage).

9. Unsolicited Mail:
"SW" will not send unsolicited e-mails to its customers unless it is in connection with their confirmed order. From time to time "SW" will run special promotions details of which will be sent to customers on our mailing list. Before your details are added to this list you will be asked at the checkout stage of ordering for your consent. If at any time you wish to be added/removed from our list simply e-mail us at admin@simplyworkwear.co.uk

10. Privacy:
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: to enable us to process your order & to provide you with an efficient service. WE NEVER PASS ON YOUR INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER ORGANISATIONS OR TRADERS, EXCEPT WHERE WE ARE OBLIGED TO DO SO BY LAW. We may occasionally pass on your address only in the case of a confirmed order to enable goods to be dispatched to you directly by a third party. The type of information we collect about you includes name, address and telephone number & e-mail address. WE NEVER COLLECT SENSITIVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU & THE INFORMATION WE HOLD WILL BE ACCURATE & UPTO DATE. YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT STORED ANYWHERE & YOU WILL NEED TO RE-INPUT IT EVERY TIME YOU ORDER. What information we do hold about you will be held securely in accordance with the law.
