Eye Protection

The wearing of eye protection in hazardous areas is a requirement under Regulation 4 of the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992. With the introduction of the harmonised European Standards, all Safety Eyewear must now be approved to BS EN166 rather than the old BS2092.

Respirator Fit Testing

Respiratory Protective Equipment is used as a last resort if substitution of hazardous materials or engineering controls are not a viable alternative process. CoSHH Regulations stipulate that employers are bound to consider all of the alternatives before using RPE.


What is the Test for?

Respirators are worn to reduce the concentration of a pollutant. Most respirator leakages occur around the face seal. Portacount Fit Test equipment measures how much leakage occurs during normal usage. Poor wearing procedures or inappropriate equipment will be highlighted by the Face Fit Testing protocol.


The Fit Test and Report

The Portacount Face Fit Test equipment eliminates the human factor affect on the results, and is supported by a report.

Although JKL Clothing are a workwear and work clothing online retailer located within the UK we can also supply our complete range of workwear garments to Europe and beyond. T-Shirt Printing


T-shirt printing and printing onto all styles of garments is another main focus of JKL Clothing’s business. JKL Clothing have for many years provided a t-shirt printing service to our customers within the UK. Our t-shirt printing section consists of dedicated staff that are able to provide our customers with all the help and advice they need to produce a printed t-shirt or other garment meeting there exact requirements.


T-shirt printing can be achieved using one of two methods. The first t-shirt printing technique that we use is screen printing. Screen printing is ideal for large quantities above 100 garments and involves the production of a mesh screen through which the ink is applied to the garment. The other method of printing onto garments is transfer printing. Transfer printing involves producing a transfer of the design which is then applied to the garment using a heat press. Both methods of t-shirt printing that we employ produce quality prints that will stand up to the rigours of wear and washing.

3. Complaints:

4. Your Right to Cancel:
Our customers have the right to a "cooling off period" where all goods ordered from "SW" may be cancelled within 7 working days without giving a reason. Should you wish to cancel you will be responsible for paying for the goods to be returned in their original condition. Monies will be returned to you within 28 days of receipt of your cancelled order. Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card you used at the time of placing your original order.

5. Customer Service:
Customers who require a personal service can contact "SW" during normal opening hours: Mon - Fri 0830 - 1730 & Sat 0930 - 1600. Calls are charged at the normal BT rates.

6. Delivery:
Goods are normally dispatched via the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or ANC the next working day following receipt of order. Deliveries within the UK normally take 3-5 working days but please allow upto 10 working days. For deliveries outside the UK please allow upto 21 days.

Our standard UK delivery charge is £5.95 plus vat & is applied to all orders upto the value of £200 (excluding vat & carriage). For orders exceeding £200 (excluding vat & carriage) delivery is FREE of CHARGE, this applies to delivery within the UK only.

Goods are fully insured during transit (at no extra cost) upto a maximum of the total invoice value.

7. Stock Levels:
Although we maintain high stock levels, occasionally goods may be temporarily out of stock or on back order, in such cases we will inform you within 48 hours of receiving your order.
